SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI - PEHLA PARKAASH GURPURAB - 2014

 

 

In the year of 1604, under the guidance of the 5th Guru, Sri Guru Arjan Dev Jee, the Gurbani written by the first 5 Guru’s was compiled into one scripture, called the “Aadh Granth”.

For the first time ever, the Parkaash and Hukamnama took place and was read out by Baba Buddha Ji at Sri Harimandar Sahib in Amritsar.

The first every Hukamnama was “Santha Kay Kaaraj Aap Khloya, Har Kum Karaavan Aaya Raam."

 

In celebration of Sri Granth Sahib Ji’s Pehla Parkaash Gurpurab, there will be special Keertan programs, in which world famous Keertanee, Bhai Sahib Bhai Niranjan Singh Ji, Jawaddi Kala Valay will be performing.
